Return & Refund Policy

At Al Raza, we strive to provide you with the highest quality in modest fashion. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help — within a clear and fair framework.


🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received (must provide unboxing video)

  • Size mismatch (only eligible for exchange)

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, personal dislike, or if the product has been used or washed.


🕒 Return Window

You must raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products on sale or marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items without original tags or packaging


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues (same product, different size).

  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability in your area.

  • In cases where reverse pickup is not possible, customers may be asked to self-ship the item. your order will exchange and replacement will delievred with in 7 days 


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if we are unable to replace the item.

  • Prepaid refunds will becredited  to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, we will request your UPI/Bank details to initiate the refund.


📹 Important Note

For all damaged or wrong item claims, a clear unboxing video from the moment of opening the package is mandatory.
